You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification and without incurring any penalties, pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 209/2025).

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods (or by proof of shipment), using the same payment method used for the purchase.
