How long does activation take?
From the moment we receive access or backups, management is active within 2 working days.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time: the service will remain active until the natural expiry of the last payment made.
Are my data and credentials secure?
Yes, your login details for your site are processed exclusively for the activation and management of the service, in compliance with privacy regulations.
Does my site fall under standard management?
WeggPress management is designed for brochure sites, blogs and standard corporate websites. E-commerce sites, custom-developed sites, membership/restricted areas, multisites or high-traffic sites require dedicated management: if this applies to you, contact us for a free assessment and we will propose the solution best suited to your website's needs.
What is NOT included in the package?
The management covers the technical part of the website (hosting, updates, security, backups, bug fixes) but does not include creative or content-based activities, such as:
- Creation or modification of graphics and images
- Writing or revising texts and copy
- Development of new site features or sections
- Structural modifications to the layout or design
How do you differ from a managed hosting service?
A managed hosting provider updates your site automatically, but if something breaks, the problem remains yours. With WeggPress, if an update causes a malfunction, our team is ready to fix it.

I can switch to WeggPress® What if I already have another maintenance or hosting service?
Yes. Moving to WeggPress involves migrating the site to our infrastructure: you just need to provide access credentials and a backup, and the rest (including the deactivation of the previous setup) will be handled by our team.
How long does it take the team to resolve an issue after an update?
Bug fixes fall under standard service management and are dealt with as soon as they are detected, at no extra cost and without the need to raise a separate ticket.
How much does WordPress site maintenance cost?

No. The only step required from the user is the initial sending of the site's login details and backups (during which support can still be contacted); from that moment on, updates, security, and maintenance are handled entirely by our team.
What is the difference between DIY WordPress maintenance and a service managed by WeggPress?®?
With DIY, the responsibility for updates, security and backups falls entirely on the site owner, often without the skills or time to do it properly. With WeggPress, these tasks are entrusted to a dedicated team, with bug fixes included in the event of post-update issues.
WeggPress® Does it also include the site's security?
Yes: the package includes web application firewall (WAF), access control, regular database cleaning and nightly backups with replicated disaster recovery, as well as regular updates for WordPress, plugins and PHP.
Can I request a refund if I am not satisfied?
Yes. If within the first 14 days since activation you are not satisfied of the service, o if your site it does not appear to be activated yet on schedule or if during the initial assessment we note that your case falls outside of standard management, We will refund the full amount you paid, with no explanation needed. Just write to our support team within this period.
Can I switch between the annual and monthly plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting support. The new plan takes effect from the next renewal, with no additional activation fees.
