Development of the new web portal with advanced consultation features CCNL

The project included the Redesign and he development of the corporate website for the study of Consulting of work, focusing on a clear presentation of the team/societies; thanks also to activities copywriting for the pages of the website and photo shoot business.

Following emerging needs during the course of the project, an’Dedicated area to consultation and research Contracts Collections National team of Job (CCNL), organized with personalized taxonomies and alphabetical filters.

The result is a professional, dynamic website that can be easily updated by the customer.

GOAL

UX/UI customization of the team and custom data architecture for the CCNL archive

The Main objectives Of the project, there were:

  1. Institutional Pages, Study and Activities: reorganization of the “Lo Studio” page, with a different layout for Members, Consultants, and Employees (with custom resizing of the photo grids) and “Activities”, with a custom layout that draws on personalized WordPress articles.
  2. Mobile Optimization & UI: Simplified navigation for the “activities” page. On the first click, the section displays images and text; the content is easily navigated with a tap on the forward or backward arrows. Simplified navigation for the pages.
  3. System of Collective Contracts Archive: creation of a reserved and accessible section for the consultation of the collective bargaining agreements with:
    • Alphabetical order of the contracts.
    • Advanced filtering by letter/category.
    • Development of a custom PHP shortcode to overcome the limitations of the standard Elementor widgets in dynamic taxonomy filtering.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION

Customized development, integration of custom code, and architectural flexibility

The Technical solutions provided for by the project:

  • JS Custom & Responsive Fix: implementation of JavaScript scripts to correct scrolling on mobile devices, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • CSS Custom: Personalization of the styles for the “Activities” and “Collective Contracts” sections, adapting layouts, frames, and proportions.
  • Shortcode Custom for Activities and Collective Contracts: To meet the demand for grouping and alphabetical filtering of the collective agreements and activities (not natively manageable by Elementor), an ad hoc shortcode has been developed that generates the contract loop, the title search bar, and the alphabetical indexing (A-Z).

RESULT

Complete, performant portal and operational CCNL management system

Objectives and results achieved:

  • Optimized graphical structure and ergonomics: Clean layout, responsive and in line with the presentation needs of the team and the studio's services.
  • Fully integrated custom shortcode functionality: creation of a scalable, searchable and easily updated contract archive autonomously by the customer through dedicated articles. Management of activities is equally simplified and modifiable.
  • Flexibility and efficiency: resolution of mobile/script technical issues and delivery of a system ready for publishing content and information sheets.
