Two leaders, one vision. Andrea Lissandrin and Lorenzo Farinelli tell their stories in an unfiltered double interview.
When an agency changes, evolves and grows, it is only right to start with the people who drive its vision. That is why we decided to create our WeBlogg! What better way to inaugurate it than with a double interview with our CEO and CTO? We've caught on the back foot Andrea Lissandrin and Lorenzo Farinelli, surprising them with a blind interview, so that they could tell their stories without filters, with all the spontaneity that characterises them.
Recently, Wegg Agency became part of the same company as Synextya and, together, now reflect the two souls of two very different professionals, but aligned on what really matters: values, mission, objectives.
In this interview - which also helped the team get to know them better - Andrea and Lorenzo talk about what they like best about their work, what they understand by leadership, which projects they are most proud of, and what direction the agency should take in the near future. But they also reveal many small curiosities about their lives and their daily lives, with frankness and a lot of self-mockery.
To the question “Do you work well together?”for example, they replied “Yes, because we hardly ever talk and see each other even less!”. We also found that if they had to image Wegg Agency as an animal, one would see her as a platypus (we didn't understand why), while the other as a kitten turning into a larger feline.
In short, out of this interview came lots of useful and interesting information, and many, many amusing anecdotes.
