A tailor-made website to enhance editorial content and drinking culture

drinking.me nasce come piattaforma editoriale e punto di riferimento per gli appassionati del mondo beverage: mixology, spirits e tendenze dal mondo dei drink.

The visual concept was developed by an external creative agency, which provided a complete mockup of the user interface. The technical challenge was then to transform a strong graphic vision into a trustworthy, performant and flexible digital product - without the use of pre-packaged templates or visual builders.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION

A tailor-made site, without visual or functional compromises

We chose WordPress as a flexible backend, enhancing it with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to build a fully modular structure tailored to the editorial team.

All pages and components were hand-coded using Tailwind CSS, faithfully following the mockup provided. The use of Tailwind allowed us to ensure a pixel-perfect implementation of the design, with high performance and extreme attention to responsive and interactive details.

The development logic followed a component-based approach to make the site easily scalable and maintainable over time.

RESULT

An editorial site that combines aesthetics, performance and simple management

A site that speaks the language of today's users: minimal, accessible, authentic. Each content finds its own dimension thanks to a clean and immersive interface that leaves room for product, word and discovery.

The backend is fully customised, easy to use even for those without technical skills: updating content, inserting new tabs or publishing articles is immediate and intuitive.
