The Metropolitan City of Bologna promotes public initiatives that activate the territory and create, among other things, opportunities for Businesses Youth, Trade territorial and future sustainable.
The work started from here: coordinating three different initiatives within a single organisation to increase their visibility, make them recognisable, and enable them to communicate effectively to different audiences.
GOAL
The Metropolitan City of Bologna's requirement was to build an integrated communication system capable of adapting to three different projects, while maintaining a unified and recognisable direction.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION
We have built a communication system that was effective and suitable For one publish Administration, working on Branding, visual and contents (Social and Paperin a coherent yet adaptable manner.
For Barresi Prize 2025 we left from strategy, tone of voice and brand identity, developing Graphics for social media and the press, campaign online, newsletter, video interviews and content designed to also accompany the’Final event.
For Shop Window we have defined a’Identity clear and recognisable visual, along with materials co-ordinate for digital and Paper, Piano editorial, newsletter and reel useful for making the project more visible and accessible.
For Trade Event, instead, we have built a coordinated communication made of contents social, newsletter, Graphics, Shooting photographic, teaser video pre, during, and post-event coverage.
What holds it all together? A diverse and specialised team, capable of transforming three local projects into a compelling and recognisable narrative.
RESULT
The result was a coherent and effective communication strategy system, capable of giving visibility to three public initiatives, which took shape through dedicated visual identities, contents (social and paper) and Events designed to strengthen its recognition and dissemination.
I Social media, the newsletter and the campaign Advanced they accompanied the three initiatives, helping to make them more recognisable and involving.
The first advertising campaign also delivered encouraging results, with 43,398 people reached, 78,407 impressions, 785 clicks and a average cost per click of €0.13.
A strategic, cross-functional, and multi-channel job that has made communication more organised, impactful, and suitable for enhancing the territory, businesses, and projects of the Metropolitan City of Bologna.
